Our solution

  • Through user research, the team found that most preteen-teenager games with a focus on character creation, have bubbly, round and bright, but neutral colours such as cream and light browns.

  • Ensure that the project has as much customisation options possible to adhere to this requirement. Research and comparisons were done on various games for which options were present and needed in a variety of games.

  • The target market being people who are just entering and having exposure into the world of diversity and discovering themselves, so it was paramount to be inclusive and non-offensive as possible.

  • The team insisted on creating an experience free of microtransactions. Every option is available from the start and non are locked behind any DLC.

  • Post creations directly to social media outlets when sharing characters online.
